Research shows that one of the major things that home buyers are looking for when choosing a place to call home is access to hiking and recreational trails.  Spokane is fortunate to have an abundance of trail systems with the largest and most traveled one being the Centennial Trail that stretches from Riverside State park all the way to the Idaho line and beyond.  In this area of Spokane, the Centennial Trail is on the West side of the Spokane River.  These pictures are of the trails in the park on the East side of the river.
