When searching for modern homes, you'll find that there are very few standardized searches to identify solely modern homes.  Modern style, after all, is many times in the eye of the beholder.  One person's modern townhome may appear to another as just a contemporary new construc...

Seattle-based Zillow is planning an IPO and has hired Citigroup, Inc. to handle the public offering.  Reports estimate initial plans to raise around $57 million. Zillow CEO Spencer Rascoff announced the filing on the company's blog today, and spoke a bit about competition and the company's direction.  While this announcement is not a total surprise (Rascoff mentioned the intention late last year after being named CEO), it does add an interesting byline to the spring real estate news.  IPOs haven't been particularly popular in recent years, and the company hasn't yet reached profitability.  The value of the company has been estimated by some as around $400 million, based on its web presence and brand recognition.
