Lands End Offers Everchanging views... The Ballard Locks is one of the things I like to do with my kids - I have written about them before, but one of the other things we like to do is cross over into Magnolia and walk around Lands End. Lands End is a sleepy little village like neighborhood at the tip of Magnolia facing Sunset Hill and the Ballard Locks.  Land's End views:   There is a constant parade of boats, trains, kayaks, and sea lions with the lovely smell of salt water breezes in Land's End. Land's End Real Estate:  Lands End real estate is pretty amazing when it does come up.  There are beautiful Land's End view homes and waterfront homes depending on how lucky you get while shopping. Land's End Real Estate Stats: Magnolia Real Estate in Seattle:  Land's End is a beautiful corner of Seattle's Magnolia neighborhood.  Perched on the Northeast tip of Magnolia's Lawton Park just East of Lawton Wood, Land's End is a great place to find unique Seattle water view homes and beautiful Magnolia waterfront property.  Currently there are three Land's End homes for sale - one is an expansive waterfront property at the very tip of the neighborhood for $2,200,000 and there are also two Seattle view homes available for sale right now, too.  Both are on 40th and one of them is actually a short sale.  The non short sale property is $749,000 for just under 3000 square feet and then the short sale property $735,000 for just over 2000 square feet.  The non short sale has an amazing view ...
