Interbay is an interesting part of Seattle Magnolia neighborhood with parts also on Queen Anne's west slope.  Interbay is actually quite scenice with views of the Puget Sound and lots of great city stops - my favorite of course is Whole Foods and the Interbay Whole Foods is one of the best I have ever been in.The majority of the real estate in this area consists of condos and a few exclusive residences on large lots with views.
