Despite buyer’s decreased saled velocity Haller Lake’s real estate still remains in a Seller’s zone The median list price this week for Haller Lake real estate is $486,975 up from last week’s $469,500. The Market Action Index (see below MAI chart) has been trending down lately, while days-on-market is climbing, providing mostly bearish signs for the market.Supply and DemandThe market has been cooling over time and prices plateaued for a while. Despite the consistent decrease in MAI, we’re in the Seller’s zone. Watch for changes in MAI. If the MAI resumes it’s climb, prices will likely follow suit.
