May's Pond in Bothell, WA is a Great First Home Neighborhood! Technically May's Pond is in Bothell, WA but it's seriously a stone's throw from the Mill Creek city limits. Most of May's Pond was built in the 1970's and features ramblers, tri levels, and split levels on large lots, well large for new construction lot standards. Most buyers that I take to May's Pond are impressed when they look into the back yards. You actually have a back yard and you aren't looking into your neighbors house. A lot of the homes have enough room on the side for RV or boat parking and we all know that is almost unheard of with most new construction!
