Eastwood Hills Division 2 is located just off 67th and 49th Street and near Eastwood Hills Division 1. It is a large neighborhood that streches through many streets and encompasses many different floors plans. Some highlights to Eastwood Hills Division 2 is the large lot sizes and the well maintained landscaping. The neighborhood is gaining some years and resales are common which makes this an excellent starting location for first time buyers. Eastwood Hills Division 2 is also a great neighborhood for families as it has many cult-de-sacs and school age children.

Eastwood Hills Division 1 boarders 67th and 50th PL NE in the South end of Marysville. In Mickie's early years in real estate she was the site agent on this neighborhood and sold most of the homes here. I can remember doing walk through on many of the homes but for the life of me I can't remember the layouts, those were the days long before digital cameras. Eastwood Hills Division 1 is a great starter neighborhood comprised of split levels, ramblers and two story homes.

Rivers Inlet in located off of 52nd and on 69th Dr in South East Marysville. It boasts excellent views of the Olympic Mountains, the Puget Sound and Pain Field in Everett. Being an older neighborhood is well constructed with large lot sizes and beautifully landscaped giving Rives Inlet instant appeal. I really like Rivers Inlet because more than just being a nice neighborhood it also has wide streets that allow for guest parking.

Well this morning I exhausted all the pictures in my added supply and had to go out and take another round. The pictures will translate into 16 new web pages for the Marysville section on the website. It is easy to rack up many pictures and the challenge comes when page construction begins. Tonight I may get started and built a page or two. So far all I have gotten is weird looks from residents or people in the parks. No one has accused me of anything sinister which surprises me for some reason. When going around and taking pictures I think what my perception would be if I seen some random person snapping photos of me or my house. When taking the park pictures I have been tempted to walk up to the people and introduce myself but felt stupid so I didn't.So if anyone sees the black pickup...

Jennings Nature Park is located on 64th, boarders the neighborhood Parkview Estates and is connected to Jennings Memorial Park via a walking trail. The park has a large playground for children to burn all the energy and benches for parents to have a great view of their children's antics. The park is well maintained and is perfect for an afternoon walk or to spend a day reading a great book. Jennings Nature Park is also a favorite destination for school environmental and biology classes because it is perfectly situated on the Allen Creek watershed. It gives students a unique opportunity to learn about out environment while being in a outdoor setting. In the picture below, young students can be seen running up the hill after a long day of studying towards the playground and restrooms.

Jennings Memorial Park boarders Armor Rd and is one of Marysville's largest parks at 51 acres. Back in 1961 it was donated by the Jennings family, their family farm, to the City of Marysville for preservation and to provide a place for people to come and play. The park has gone through many improvements over the years and I was thoroughly surprised upon visiting the other day how well maintained it is. During my walk through Jennings Memorial Park I got the chance to visit with two ladies, one being 81, about the history of the park and of Marysville in general. They both were life long residents and shared many stories about what life used to be as well looked like. Over the years many things have changed and I am glad there is a place like Jennings Memorial Park that preserved the nat...

Parkview Estates is well maintained neighborhood in Marysville Washington that has instant appeal due to location and layout. It has ramblers as well as two story homes that bring diversity and maintain continuity from cult-de-sace to cult-de-sac. Parkview borders Jennings Nature Park and backs up to Jennings Memorial Park (that is rich in Marysville history) and gives residents great access to 64th (Highway 528).The one thing that impresses me about Parkview Estates is the curb appeal of the neighborhood and the wide streets that allow for easy through traffic. Now Spring is approaching the neighborhood is starting to blossom and the awe, especially at the entrance, is demonstrated by the trees that border the walk ways and the homes.

It is totally nice outside which is a nice change from yesterday's day weather when it was trying to snow. The trees are starting to bloom and there are some neighborhoods that I have been meaning to shoot for some time now. My plan is to hit the old the part of North Everett that over looks the Everett Marina and Port Gardners Wharf, the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains then I'll head back into Marysville and head up highway 528 and shoot three neighborhoods that site in there. It will give me some more material for our Everett and Marysville page on our website. It will take me a few days to get all the information uploaded and written but totally worth it. Well I am getting out of the office for a bit...lata
