No kidding! I thought it was so cool to hear owls while I was out taking photos of this house. While this house truly falls into the "fixer" category, the grounds are awesome! Backing up to the Cedar River Watershed, there won't be any neighbors besides the four-legged wild things behind you! What a serene, peaceful back yard -- fenced with a huge patio, accented with a custom tilework path, and made all the more useful with two large sheds, positioned off to the side so as not to take away from the beauty of the yard. The home needs work. No better way to say it. You'll need a furnace or wall heaters, probably new kitchen cabinets and counters, new windows, new floors (or at least re-finished floors), and more.
