Closed Transactions: Feb 1-7, 2010 Three total transactions in the entire area, half the number for the same period last year. No closings in Silverdale or Bainbridge. The quick sales in Poulsbo and Kingston along with the high sale-to-list percentage suggest that Silverdale and Bainbridge Island sellers are still pricing their homes above the market.  If you are interested in the details of the home that sold in your neighborhood, email me.
