Easter Egg Hunt - 2009   Once again the Kelso Lions Club is inviting kids to bring their baskets and join the annual Easter Egg Hunt. The event is taking place at the Coweeman Middle School field, this Saturday April 11th at 11:00 am. There will be a designated area for small (Pre-Schooler's) kids. Last year, I took my two little ones and they had a lot of fun, it was perfect day to be outside enjoying the out doors. Let's hope for a nice weather again this year.

Rose Valley Real Estate - Kelso Washington Rose Valley one of Kelso's most desirable neighborhoods is a beautiful rapidly growing community with a lot to offer.  Rose Valley, the name say it all, colorful scenes, Peacefulness, beautiful views, easy access to I-5, abundance of fishing and wild life these are just some among the many features attracting many people to this unique community. Rose Valley is not your typical neighborhood, you will not find many 50 x 120 lots or many homes next to each other, most lots in the Rose Valley area are 2 - 10 or more acres which allows for that desirable privacy.   Rose Valley offers a wide variety of real estate from small older homes for under $100,000 to a big newer custom built home with acreage and beautiful views for almost a $1000,000 and di...

It couldn't have been a nicer day for egg hunting, the sun was shining, the temperature was great and the kids were all smiling. I took my younger kids (4 and 10) to an early egg hunt at the Coweeman Middle School soccer fields in Kelso, an event that Jeanette Amos (an agent in my office) coordinated for the Kelso Lions Club for the little ones. It was a big hit, well over 100 kids showed up basket in hand ready to sweep the fields. Even though it was not really an egg hunt, it was more like let see who is faster at picking up candy, the kids had great time and it was good practice for tomorrow.

How long before they will be available for viewing? What are they going to be like? Well, the first few homes are already done and ready, beginning tomorrow February 9, 2008 they will be open for public viewing every weekend and beginning on April first they'll be open daily. So, if you are one of those people interested on one of these homes the chance to see what they are like is here. Come and visit Saturday or Sunday from 12:00 - ...
