Gig Harbor Forza Coffee House I have to say that I am normally a huge Starbucks fan when it comes to my coffee. I’m sure that wasn’t the first sentence you were expecting to see when you clicked on the Gig Harbor Forza Coffee House blog, but it’s true. I do however have to say that the Gig Harbor Forza has great coffee and what I love the most about them and why I continue to bring clients and meet new prospects there is their friendly atmosphere. Gig Harbor Wind, Water, and Snow? This has been a crazy 12 hours here in Gig Harbor. We have seen rain, wind, floods, and we have possible snow in the forecast for this evening. I’m not sure Gig Harbor can take anymore abuse today. It all started last night around 10:00pm when the wind started to pick up with a cold front that was moving through. As usual with great consistency the temperature soared significantly while the wind howled most of the night. I woke up around 3:30am to my power out, but thank goodness it was only for a short period of time. The Gig Harbor winds were still a blowing when I woke up this morning at 6:00am. Gig Harbor Housing Statistics for November 2012   As I sit in my morning meeting and wait to hear what the latest Gig Harbor Housing Statistics are for the month of November I really am getting excited. I know for myself that things have been picking up so it must be great news. Sure enough we are sitting pretty for a huge shift in our Gig Harbor Housing Market. We have already seen a shift with the housing inventory in Gig Harbor and things are getting ready for a huge shift. The prediction is being made that with the current Gig Harbor housing inventory and the interest rates having to go up some time that we are getting ourselves ready for prices to begin to go up. In the last six months we have seen the home prices in Gig Harbor sustain. They have shown no sign of going down at all....

Christmas Lights in Gig Harbor ~ Artondale Area I have been on the hunt for the best places to go see Christmas Lights here in Gig Harbor and I decided I would share with everyone. I decided to start in the Artondale area of Gig Harbor since it’s closest to my own home and it’s where my daughter likes to practice her driving skills. Last night we hit up Whitley Hills which is a neighborhood in the Artondale area of Gig Harbor. They had some great lights in the entire neighborhood.  We drove in the second entrance to Whitley Hills and we were immediately greeted with some fantastic Christmas lights. Ten homes in Pierce County, Washington, priced over a million dollars, go pending in November... What a surprise to see after a sluggish year for higher priced homes. Ten homes with an average days on market of over 93 days go under contract. Up until now the homes priced under $250k  was where the market movement was however this was the first month that I have seen  a market where more than one or two luxury homes have shown movement. Some predict inflation and higher interest rates in the near future may be the driving force here.
