There’s a Cop in your Gig Harbor Home! I was on tour a couple weeks ago like I do every Thursday. I came into this lovely waterfront home that had just come on the market. I am doing my normal walk through from the kitchen to the bedrooms. This particular home had a basement and I decided to go down stairs to see more of this wonderful home.   A Surprise for my Buyers at Their New Gig Harbor Home!   Today was one of the first days Gig Harbor has seen the sun this spring and we got more than just that wonderful surprise today. While I was with my Buyers today on their home inspectionof their new home, we noticed that the fish were out in the pond. Gig Harbor Real Estate Inventory is Down! Since the last quarter of 2011 we have seen a steady decline of the Homes Listed Inventory. Why does this matter you ask? This is a HUGE deal when it comes to how our Local Real Estate Marketis doing. The reason why we have seen more of a Buyer’s market in the past few years is because the inventory of homes has been overwhelming.
