Located off of 70th Ave, they are located right between the Radiance and Saddle Creek Communities. Construction began in 2007 with Capstone Homes and then stalled until recently when Highmark Homes started construction. Valley Haven will have a total of 72 homes when complete.    For the month of September there were no closed (sold) homes in Valley Haven, however, there were four that went under contract in September.   There are a total of 10 properties under contract.
