Here is a video of the Off leash dog park located 4605 S. 3rd Ave in Everett WA the name of the park is Lowell Park located in the Lowell neighborhood of Snohomish County.  Its probably one of the smallest off leash park in Everett but its still a nice place to bring your dog and let them play!  The park is located just off the 41st Exit of I-5 then go East to 3rd Ave and go South to the park which will be down on the leftside.
