Spring is almost here! Did you change your clocks? Do you know what that means?    When trying to sell you home, nothing is more unfavorable than a cluttered home. More than likely, there are many areas in your home that need spring cleaning.  Here is a quick checklist to help you declutter: Entryway: This is the first area prospective buyers will see, so remove items like coats, shoes, and other items that may ruin the first impression. Kitchen: Keep countertops to a bare minimum, except for decor and limited appliances. The fridge should have all the magnets, photos, and other items removed.
