Bothell- Silver Creek Crossings just had another short sale close. We just closed another short sale in a tough reale estate market where short sales and foreclosures are the main source of sales. The Bothell / Thrashers Corner area is heavily hit with high homeowner defaults due to high HOA dues, bought during the peak, over leveraged, or just had a tought financial situation. Silver Creek Crossings doesnt offer much when it comes to amenities, or visitor parking. Most of the condo complex is built out but there is a portion that is still undeveloped and it could be years before a builder decides to finish the rest of the community.
