King Mountain Neighborhood lies northeast of downtown and out near the Cordata and Bellis Fair Mall area but east of the Guide Meridian. As a result of a recent annexation into the City of Bellingham, there is some new construction going on in this Bellingham Neighborhood. As one goes up the hillside there are some homes with great city, Puget Sound and mountian views. However, most of the new homes are at the foot of the hill near Bakerview and are not "view" homes.
