Staged homes are so pleasant to visit...but you really never know what you will find when you tour short sale homes! Yesterday I took some clients to visit homes to find some rental investment properties. We had the surprise of our lives.  We had found a street in Battle Ground that had several homes that were vacant and were for sale. We started touring a couple of these homes, making notes as we went. My client is very savvy about building and problems that homes can face.
