Does It Come with The House? Upon selling homes, there are certain parts that are too big to move with the owner to his/her new home. These things are often added by the owner as bonuses for the buyer, yet it also serves a potential that buyers look for depending on the part. Some of these are:     Children’s Swing- Perfect for families with younglings. They tend to maximize their use as kids enjoy these swings with each other or with their own parents.       Basketball Hoop- Another great addition for families with children. This becomes the part of the bonding for a father and son for most families.        Trampoline- A great addition for families with children, as long as it still is in proper shape and has no rusts.       Garage Storage- Not everything will fit in the home we move i...

Top 5 Reasons People Sell Their Own Home  Home. It is one of the most crucial yet important investments in our life. It is at home where we build our own self and our future family. After some years of becoming stable financially, we opt to find ways to improve our lifestyle and tend to seek a larger space for our home.     Wanting a Better Home- Even without anything wrong with the current home, people tend to fall in love with a nicer, bigger, different home. Are You Having The Time of Your Life? I can still remember being a teenager and watching Dirty Dancing on television and feeling so uncomfortable with my Dad walking in during some of the sexy scenes. Can we all say: AWKWARD! I was never a "fan" of Patrick Swayze the way I am of, say, Matt Damon, yet I always liked his movies.  Recently I have been reading a lot of business books and my husband suggested I give it a rest and read something to escape. I thought a biography would be good so I started looking on my IPad and came across Time of My Life by Patrick Swayze. I instantly recalled his battle with pancreatic cancer and also remembered how much courage he had while living on borrowed time. (Aren't we all?) So, I purchased it and I have to say, this is a motivational book if I have ...

Our First Kodak Moment It was a beautiful spring day when my sister dropped by for a visit. All the men were out doing manly things, so we decided to have our spring outting and packed a picnic lunch. We took my 4 yr. old daughter to Maymont Park in Richmond. My daughter, Megan was bursting with excitement because she had been begging to go, so we set out on our adventure. We found a beautiful tree spread our blanket out and ate lunch watching the other familys play catch and fly kites.     As we were packing up, Megan wanted to play but there wasn't much for her to do while we cleaned up. So we decided to let her make her own first "Kodak Moment", I handed her my camera and with a little instruction, she was off...taking pictures of the trees, people, fountains anything and everything ...
