Founding Farmers Restaurant in Tysons Opens on February 5, 2015 Are you looking for an amazing breakfast/brunch place in Nortern Virginia?  Founding Farmers restaurant is finally opening its doors on February 5th in Tysons Corner.  Located next to Tysons II mall, Founding Farmers is a "farm to table" restaurant which focuses on "quality and natural ingredients." A Playground for Kids of All Abilities: Clemjoyntri Park One of my favorite things about living in Fairfax County is the access to various playgrounds and activities for kids. If you have kids, you'll want to go to Clemjoyntri Park in McLean, VA.  The two-acre playground is one of my son’s favorite places to play outdoors and one of the best ways I know to have him burn off his energy! Great Falls Park – Mclean, Va Yesterday we were lucky enough to get into the 70’s and I have a feeling it will be one of the last warm days in 2014. I decided to take a little break from the Real Estate world and set off for Great Falls Park. The park is over 800 acres and only 15 minutes from DC. It makes you feel like you’re away from the city as you stroll through the trees and climb over the rocks to get a glimpse of the water.   The park is trash free, meaning everyone has to take their trash with them. No trash cans are found on any of the trails. With yesterday being Veterans Day there was no charge to enter the park but, on non-holidays it $5 per car and the pass is good for 3 consecutive days for the vehicle. Cup of Joe Report - Greenberry's in McLean, Virginia I am always on the lookout for a good cup of coffee. Yesterday I arrived to a McLean, Virginia home inspection early so I ventured out and see what I could find. Wanting to find a place I hadn't already tried, I stumbled across Greenberry's Coffee and Tea on Redmond Drive. I used to frequent a Greenberry's in Arlington so I decided to give it a try. The first thing I noticed was that there were a lot of people sitting outside enjoying the great weather, friends and coffee. I was on Bravo TV today...at least it felt like it. My broker hired a limousine bus to tour multi-million dollar McLean home sales.  The properties viewed during the tour are our featured office listings.  It was a great educational opportunity to sit back and take in the sights.
