Just Sold:  Two Bedroom/Two Bathroom Rotonda Condo for $359,000On May 23rd (2015,) I listed a model F condo in the Rotonda in Tysons Corner.  At the time, the Seller and I had looked at comps, believed that he could a premium for his top level condo, overlooking the pool.  As such, we found $410,000 to be a reasonable price.When we ran the comps, we found sixty-four days on market to be the average days it took to go under contract.  Of course, as more and more model F's came on the market, and less and less interest was shown in what we had thought was a premium location in the building, my Seller made price adjustments.  The list price went down to $397,000; then down to $385,000; then down to $379,000; and finally down to $369,000 where we FINALLY got traffic and interest.This condo ... 08/03/2015
