Homes for Sale in Spring Lake Estates Herndon/Oak Hill VA 20171  Sam: I may want to sell my house in Spring Lake Estates in the months ahead. It is an awesome, cozy community, but it looks like I will be relocating soon.  I was wondering if you could post a monthly report that will show homes that have sold here the last 18 months so I can see the price trend in the neighborhood? Also, before you do that could you post a link to show me what homes are currently for sale in Spring Lake Estates as well as those that are under contract?      Steve: Happy to do so Sam.
