This is one for the record books... I have this REO in pre marketing...the cliff notes version.. offered cash for keys, they occupants agreed to a date, but didn't honor it when the time came.  The bank issued a 5 day pay or quit, so they got out....we checked for occupancy, the house was vacant... end of story right.......nope, that's just the beginning. We rekeyed the property and secured it.  Went back the next day....the house had been broken into, and vandelized, bowling balls through the walls, furniture sticking out of the walls, cat litter box throw everywhere....called the police..but they won't do anything because the bank doensn't have a "writ of possession" secured the property again.... the next day, the house was broken into, and vandelized even more, doors ripped off the ... 12/11/2008

I have been a resident of Bristow, VA for almost four years now.  One of the first orders of business my husband and I had was finding veterinary care for our two young cats.  I asked a relative who had moved to the area a few years before.  She recommended Healthy PAWS in Haymarket, VA. Our first experience with Healthy PAWS was routine.  Vaccinations or checkups...I really don't remember.  But shortly after that, we had a sick kitty.  Rudy, our nearly two year old male, had ingested a string and we had no idea how long it was.  The next day, he stopped eating and ran a fever.  Our Veterinarian, Dr. Tosha Starke, saw Rudy immediately.  She kept him overnight and took x-rays.  He was beginning to have intestinal "bunching".  The string was causing problems, but was nothing to be alarmed... 12/01/2008
