I was just noting that the Gainesville Times has a lengthy article on the Haymarket Regional Food Pantry. The writing points out that the Pantry is struggling to keep up with the demand for assistance. People are asking for milk and often they are out! Others ask for simple necessities such as Bathroom Tissue and often they are out.This points to only one thing: All of us who live in the area should become better acquainted with the needs of the Panty and other not-for-profit organiztions, and make an effort to get involved. Feedback a Short Sale Agent Should Never Get from a Buyer's Agent It's been a while since this Northern Virginia Short Sale Agent had a listing on the market long enough to actually make feedback calls to Buyer's Agents.  However, today I made a few calls for feedback on a Haymarket Short Sale listing that didn't go under contract in the first few days on the market.  One of the responses from a Buyer's Agents was, "They can't wait for a Short Sale."
