It appears that Haymarket, VA officials and some residents are upset about the traffic as well as economic impact of the intersection in Haymarket, VA. The development site is just outside the Town of Haymarket, VA limits resulting in the Town of Haymarket, VA not receiving any tax revenue.     This photo is a depiction of a more attractive looking Wal-Mart.
