Experience has taught me that Real Estate Closings will run one of two ways. Most often they run smoothly. In other words, we get to the closing table, in about an hour everything is completed and the keys are in the hands of the buyer and everyone goes home happy! Another Haymarket Short Sale Under Contract! Haymarket Short Sales, even with desirable floor plans and great prices, can get low balled.  Somehow, there is a still a perception out there among the buying public that Short Sales are steals.  They aren't.  Banks want every penny of market value they can get their hands on.  But when you are a Short Sale Seller with a home just sitting on the market, your hope can start to wan. It is Sunday Afternoon and it’s hard to believe but I actually have a bit of a slowdown today.  As a result, I thought I would write something that would be helpful to all present and future buyers of Real Estate.I am reminded of when three or four buyers (over the past few years) made a serious error in judgement while in a Contract to purchase a house.
