I am thinking this post is probably good for Realtor's or anyone else who takes a moment to read.My old smart phone died last week after nearly 4 years of great service. In a way it was tough parting with the old phone, but I managed to get through it. (smile) I ordered a new phone and right after it was delivered, I quickly set it up. Most of us would like to know we are saving on Home Energy expenses. In fact, many Home Buyers, after finding a house they are ready to offer on, ask me as their Realtor, "What kinds of expenses are we looking at for utilities with this house?"Recently I came across some information that will certainly be worth the time it takes to read, 100 Ways To Save Energy At Home. Hopefully you won't be guilty of just spending some time reading the info, but you will act on at least some of what is shared.     One more thought: We must all remember that any reduction in energy use, is good for our environment. I know of no better topic that I could ever write about than this one today:I have said this before and I will say it again, I am a blessed man. Here I am, 65 years old and both of my parents are still living. In fact, my father is celebrating his 90th birthday today, September 8, 2013, and mom turned 87 a few months ago.Here are just a couple of truths that ring out about my father: 1. His mother passed when he was 5 and all of the children, including my father were dispersed to a variety of orphanages. Most of them didn't see each other again for years. In fact, it was 33 years before my father found his brother. I was blessed to be a part of that amazing reunion.2. My father was the hardest working man I've ever known. A few days ago my wife and I had the privilege of spending some time with our Son, his wonderful wife and our beautiful granddaughters in another state. As always we thoroughly enjoyed being with them. We talked, ate, spent some time outdoors, and most of all enjoyed being with our grandchildren, more specifically, our two granddaughters.The photo below is of course me and our youngest granddaughter. Don't be fooled... For example: What kinds of things should you ask the contractor about, or perhaps even have in writing? Here are some suggestions: 1) Ask your contractor, "Are you licensed?
