Another Haymarket Short Sale SOLD! This end unit, two car garage luxury townhouse in Haymarket's gated golf course community of Piedmont, hit the market on June 27, 2013.  Originally, it was priced at $375,000.  Unfortunately, the pay off of both the first and second trusts were more than that, plus there would be the closing costs that would need to be paid.  So this was a Short Sale.  The first trust held by Wells Fargo would be paid in full.  It was the second trust, a home equity line of credit with USAA, that was going to face a loss.
