  What’s the Real Estate Market Like? People often ask this basic question without realizing that every market is different and markets can be as localized as your neighborhood. In my First blog post I am going to be discussing the Great Falls Real Estate Market (22066). 5 year low for listings: We only have 92 properties listed as active in all of 22066. This number is down from 111 from January of 2012. Contracts are being written! This afternoon, Dick and I agreed to spend time cleaning up stuff like out disgusting refrigerator and the cat dust bunnies littering the floors.  But it didn't happen.
