Waffles Home at Last ....in Bristol VA 1.28.2012 Yesterday was Aimee's birthday and we finally decided to go pick up "WAFFLES" The Lab pup we had been contemplating on getting for the past few weeks! Puppy Love in The Bristol TN/VA Area ....Which One Would You Pick? I'm currently working with clients that just moved here from Louisiana ...Their Lab gave birth to 10 beautiful puppies pretty much on arrival! Lucky for the owners, they had a fully unfinished basement, which has made a great home for the pups until they can find them a home of their own.  They are being weaned right now because they all have their teeth coming in so it is obviously uncomfortable for the mom!  Aimee and I are contemplating adopting one of the these rambunctious little creatures - but we have different views on "Parenting methods".  Aimee will definitely be the disciplinarian and I will be the enabler .... Residential Home Sales In Bristol VA Through November 30, 2011 One of the bright spots in our market is the fact that Bristol VA County Residential Home sales are up 11.47% (68 compared to 61) over last year!!  And more important is the fact that new listings were down 14% (110 from 126) over last year! Even pending sales are up 3.22% over last year! Home sold in Bristol VA City remain behind last year (134 compared to 109) which is behind  18.65%, but new listings are down also at 7.62% (261 compared to 235) Even though we may be behind last years stats you can still feel the optimism in the cool Fall air!
