Chicken Chili in Bristol VA! It Doesn't Get Any Better! Yum! When it comes to Chicken Chili in The Bristol TN VA Area it doesn't get any better than what I call ... Aimee's Famous Chicken Chili ....and there's never a better time for it than a cold winters night just a few days away till Christmas! Here's how she makes it ... Ingredients: 3 chicken breasts (cooked with Monterey Chicken seasoning-saute until almost done) shredded 2 T Olive Oil 2 cloves garlic 1 medium onion 1 box Swanson chicken broth 2 T parsley 1 t cilantro 48 oz Glass jar Great Northern beans 1 can of green chilis 1 can Cream of Chicken soup 1 large block of Montery Jack Cheese shredded   In large pot saute chopped onion and garlic with oil.  Add chicken broth, parsley, cilantro, northern beans and green chilies.  Let... 12/20/2012
