Getting Healthy In The Rain ...Off and Running Part 3 Selling Real Estate in The Bristol TN~VA Area is what I truly LOVE to do, but we really need to take the time to be with family and strive to be healthier ...what better way than to take part in this contest among ACTIVERAINERS! So here we go! My goal this year is to enter a local Road Race every two months with Aimee and Waffles! We gave it a shot last fall and made it through, although we walked most of the way. This year my goal is to train a little harder and longer so that we can run most of the race ...it won't be a problem for Waffles as she could go for hours I think without stopping!     So here was the plan ....we will increase our walks every morning to about 40 minutes and also get to where we jog at least half the time. ... 03/31/2013
