Winter Storm Warning For Bristol TN~VA For February 12-13, 2014!   OK ...Here we go again!   This has been the coldest winter I can remember in over 20 years ...we have not had that much snow, but the temps have been some of the coldest in many ...many years!   Now they just put us under a Winter Storm Warning starting tomorrow through the Thursday morning. We could possibly have a lot of snow!   This is a photo of the last big snow we had a few years ago ....as you can see Aimee had to good sense to go out to sweep the snow off the evergreens we had just planted, even though I told her not to go....     Do you think I will be sending her out again tomorrow?   I mean ...someone has to stay in where it's warm and take care of Waffles and Peaches!   Only time will tell .... Because it just happened to me today!   I was showing a home today for the second time and while walking around the home for the second time the buyer stepped in a pile of dog poop! It was not a good thing to have happen when you are getting ready to write an offer .... Luckily it's a great home and the buyers love it, so we are in the process of submitting an offer .... BUT In other circumstances this might not have ended so well!   This is an easy fix ...I know because we have two great dogs! Mistakes Sellers Make That Could Cost Them A Sale …Bathe Your Dogs!     OK ...One really bad mistake that I see sellers make all the time is the fact that they forget to bathe their dogs!       Believe me ...we have two ...so I know how easy it is to get used to the smell!     I had a showing last week and the clients could not get past the dog smell and they wanted to leave as soon as we got there and would not even give the property a chance.   Believe me this happens!
