We Love The Home …But My Wife Has Her Heart Set On Having Chickens!   I recently spent some time with some great out of town prospects who are moving to the area ... We looked at this awesome home in a subdivision which was located in the county .... During the showing they asked me if they could have CHICKENS?       All I could think of was ....well we are in the county ...unless there is something in the restrictions that prevent it then I'm sure you can. She only wanted about 3 and they absolutely loved this home ... It met all their wants ...needs and desires! Today In Bristol TN~VA …February 24, 2014 …Change Those HVAC Filters!   Today is great day to change those HVAC cold air return filters! This is a maintenance item that we all forget about from time to time. When I'm out showing property I will always open one of the returns to see how dirty the filter is ...if it's really bad you know the home owner is probably slacking in other areas of maintenance around the house! I opened one years ago and it was so dirty it had starting sucking the filter back into the duct work.       Depending on the kind of filter you use it's a great idea to put the change dates on a calendar so you will have a reminder each time they are to be changed!   It can really help your unit be more efficient!   Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!     02/24/2014
