Today in Bristol TN~VA 6.22.14 …A Perfect Way To Start The Day is With an Endless View!   Aimee and I try at least two times a year to take Waffles and Peaches to The Smokies ....after all they spend countless hours working hard as my property trackers!   We try and rent a cabin that of course has a little bit of a yard for the necessities of life and we always take them to Gatlinburg TN and take a hike around The Little Pigeon River ....they love the water and getting to meet new people and dogs along the way.   This weekend was our first chance this year to take them and they had a great time. Virginia High Bearcats Win VHSL Baseball Title June 14, 2014   SPORTS ALERT FROM BRISTOL VA!   Check this out ....Virginia High Bearcats Win VHSL Baseball Title June 14, 2014   As many of you know my wife Aimee teaches at Virginia High School in Bristol VA and yesterday Virginia High's 7-2 WIN over Strasburg in the championship game of the VHSL 2A tournament at Radford University earned them their first state tile since 1996!   What's ironic is that this is the same score when they won 18 years ago!   They finish the year 25-4 and outscored their opposition 74-7 in postseason!   Way to go BEARCATS!     06/15/2014
