Move that bus! extreme makeover is in Utah again.  Once again the great people from Extreme Makeover have blessed another Utah family.  Like ants on an ant hill the works and volunteers were hard at work last week wrapping up the project yesterday by the 2pm deadline.  Amazing but true once again they were able to build a home and help another family out.  Thousands of workers along with over a thousand volunteers helped work on the home.  The project began June 23rd.  This time the home was located in the Daybreak area.  Daybreak is a community located West of Salt Lake in the city of South Jordan.      I can't wait to see the home when the show airs.  I already know it will be beautiful, I'm curious to see the style and the yard. The South Jordan Real Estate market continued to struggle in January 2011. While the number of homes sold was only slightly down, dropping from 41 to 40, the average sales price dropped from $293,176 to $269,269, a 8.88% decline. Just got back from a quick trip to Sam's Club in South Jordan, UT and the artificial Christmas trees are already on display, along with wrapping paper, house lights and cards. I understood the snowblowers on display 3 weeks earlier at Lowes as we sometimes get snow in late September. But it's not even Halloween yet. I'm really not ready for Christmas music in the stores just yet.
