A Fish Story is Only a Fish Story Unless You Have Proof! Or Enough to Open a FISH MARKET!  We woke up at 4:00 a.m to load everything and head to the lake - Otter Creek Reservoir actually. Ready to go at 5:00 a.m. and arrived at the lake at 7:30 a.m. anxious to get on the lake! We rigged the poles with power bait  and BAM! BAM! BAM!, the fish were completely ignoring the worms...strange, huh?! Well, needless to say, we caught our limit, headed for shore to clean and pack the fish on ice. The park ranger met us at the cleaning station and we began talking about our catch for the day... She informed us we could have caught 8 more! Ahhh, the endless possibilities when it comes to fishing! I am looking sooooforward to our next fishing trip...perhaps even next weekend and/or the next!  06/29/2009

Have you had a "When Pigs Fly!" moment? I started thinking about the phrase "When Pigs Fly!" as I was taking pictures of the 7 piglets and began to wonder about its origin. I looked it up on Wikipedia; a great encyclopedic online source for answers to questions. A flying pig is a metaphor for an impossibility or an event that will never come to pass, often with the implication something will be disatrous [that it will be impossible to do. It is used in popular sayings "[it] will happen when pigs fly" or pigs will fly or "when pigs have wings". They met and according to my mother, she only had "3 children". She was afraid that she would scare him away if she told him she had 7 children. He came to our house to meet the "3 children", the rest of us were in a back bedroom and we were told not to come out for any reason! This is a yellow Ice Plant. The flowers almost remind me of sea anemones. I LOOOOOOVE Hollyhocks! She Signed With Another Listing Agent...And Now She Wants To Be Friends?! I went on an appointment last week and connected with the owner of the home to be listed. We seemed to have many things in common regarding the love of animals and similar personality styles. She interviewed 3 agents to compete for the listing. She chose another company but sincerely told me she truly appreciated the information that I presented. I thanked her for the opportunity and wished her well, therefore ending the conversation. She e-mailed me saying..."I would really enjoy keeping communications open with you regarding the "animal" thing." I am addicted to the learning process. I currently have 3 designations and am working on 3 more simultaneously. Let's just say that I had 89 credits over the course of the last 2 years. I JUST WANT TO BE THE BEST AGENT THAT I CAN POSSIBLY BE!
