At Home with The Yoga Master. In a serious effort to get healthier, I have recently taken up yoga, consulting with the best of the best in southern Utah. Though some poses are extremely daunting, a little stretching before beginning a session goes a long way toward flexibility. Having a leading yoga master instructor gives the confidence and discipline I need to to work out, though his methods are far superior. Being in his company lifts my spirits every day. Oh! Have to go now, the next session is about to begin...    Happy day all!

You gotta earn it -and- ask for it, durn it! Glad to know that an early lesson taught by my dad still remains a part of an everyday business practice. He would say, "No one can read your mind, you need to ask for what you want." There is no secret that getting referrals from past clients is the biggest compliment you are able to receive for excellent service. And yes, you still need to ask for future business. Past clients will: Help you to become more successful Trust you with their good friends and family Impress upon others the service you provided Choose to praise your successful methods to others Tout that you went above and beyond their expectations  Guess who called me this week? The daughter of client who has purchased two homes with my help and is planning a trip to southern Ut...

And then the ad said, "Find out what your home's worth… Mind you, this is coming from another real estate driven national site that lacks local information in order to be accurate. The values are either too high or come in low, much like a see-saw effect.  So my question is…Why do these type of sites still exist if they are not deemed accurate?  We have a high level of responsibility to clients while these sites have zero accountability. It is difficult to convince a seller their home is not worth the inflated price that the national sites claim. It also adds unecessary static to what we are trying to accomplish on a local level. Agents who subscribe - gain leads from such sites, I understand that. The information is still incorrect! And let's face it, some consumers would rather hold t...

Writing southern Utah neighborhood posts does a business good! After getting a phone call with questions about The Mesas subdivision yesterday, I decided to refresh the information and update the market snapshot. The blog was 3 years old! Your efforts are not in vain. Stay the course on writing Localism posts and market reports. I may have just gained another client couple looking to purchase a home here in southern Utah. Blog on fellow Rainer's. An opportunity to do more business may be just a keystroke or two away!
