New Restaurant in St George Utah with Delicious Burgers | Cliffside Restaurant My daughter and I recently visited the newly reopened Cliffside Restaurant located at 511 S. Airport Rd. St George Utah 84770.  This restaurant is located high above the city of St George on the bluff where the old airport used to be.  Because of this prime location, customers enjoy unparalleled views of the city while dining. We were there for lunch and enjoyed the Cliffside burger which was delicious!  The meal included a 6 oz chopped sirloin burger, midway cheddar apple-smoked bacon, hand-cut fries & Cliffside fry sauce.  We sat on the patio outside and soaked up the fall sunshine and fantastic views of downtown St George. St George Utah Rodeo-Dixie Round Up Sept. 11,12 & 13, 2014 It's time once again for the annual Dixie Round-Up Rodeo in St George Utah sponsored by the St George Lions Club.  The theme this year is "Roundin' Em Up for 80 Years". This will be the 80th year the rodeo has been held!  True to tradition, the rodeo is always held during the second week of September each year and runs for 3 days.  In 2014 those dates are September 11th-13th.  The event is held at the Dixie Sun Bowl which is in downtown St George. Hel-lo Yel-low! While on the way to lunch at Breakfast at Tifiny's at the Green Valley Spa in St. George, Utah, the walkway boasted a great variety of blooming bushes and plants.   One flower in particular grabbed my attention due to the intense clarity as the sun highlighted it's petals.   The Hello Yellow Canna Lily exhibits bright yellow flowers on green foliage. These flowers bloom all summer long and also attract Hummingbirds.    It sure had me saying Hel-lo Yel-low with a smile about my face!    Luther Burbank once said: Flowers always make people better, happier, and more helpful; they are sunshine, food and medicine for the soul.
