Coral Canyon in St George UT Real Estate Market Report  November 2014 The Coral Canyon real estate market remained steady in November 2014.  Home sales dropped  from 11 last month to 10 in November. Available inventory increased slightly and the average list price rose 19.67% from the year before.   New construction in Coral Canyon is steady and the view lots are going quickly!  You’ll notice that sales prices are increasing and homes priced under $200,000 are diminishing quickly. No more driving around, wandering through neighborhoods, hoping to see some nice lighting displays!
