It also allows you to apply for the separate hunting permits you need in order to hunt certain species (for example, big game, bear, cougar and other animals). √ Combination license — This license includes all ...

In a day and age where the "Greed is Good" mentality runs rampant, one Southern Utah Realtor has committed to donating up to 30% of his commissions to national and local 501 (c)(3) organizations. When Alex Yeager first moved to St. George Utah from Monterey California, where he had been selling real estate since 1999, he was forced to make some tough decisions almost instantly. Should he hang his real estate license with one of the well-established national firms, or choose a local boutique brokerage? With a plethora of Big Box firms in the local St. George area, many clients were curious why he chose to hang his real estate license with a smaller firm, like Fidelity Real Estate? For him, the answer was simple. The money he saved by not participating in a costly commission split, gener...

Happy Thanksgiving from St. George UT It’s Thanksgiving once again…a time to gather with family and friends for a day of feasting and football. Therefore, I just wanted to take a few quick minutes to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving from St. George UT and share some Thanksgiving information I found on History.com. Hopefully, you will find it as interesting as I have and share with your family and friends. From History.com Each year on the fourth Thursday in November, Americans gather for a day of feasting, football and family. While today’s Thanksgiving celebrations would likely be unrecognizable to attendees of the original 1621 harvest meal, it continues to be a day for Americans to come together around the table—albeit with some updates to pilgrim’s menu.
