A 21% fall was seen in Roy UT homes sold which consisted of about 30 less units being sold.  Average price stayed pretty consistant with a change of less than 1% and median price of Roy Real Estate increased by almost 2%.

We need Positive Price Action to confirm market bottom.  One month of price improve isn't sufficient to confirm the market bottom.  We need to see appreciation month over month for three months. PRICE ACTION      Other good signs in addition to positive price action is lower DOM (days of the market), lower new listingsand higher percent of new listings being SOLD.   SUMMARY Has the Utah Real Estate Market bottomed? Homes in Roy have followed the county trend in sales by increasing until 2006, then steadily decreasing until reaching below what sales were ten years ago.  Prices of Real Estate in Roy has stayed pretty close to the estimated appreciation on average.
