Snyder's Mill  is part of the larger  Silver Springs community in Park City and remains one of the most popular subdivisions in town for  primary homeowners.  Most homes here range from  around  $550,000 to the upper six figures with an occasionl  home over $1  million. Snyder's Mill has a different feel  than many communities in Park City  and is the only major subdivision with sidewalks, making it a popular choice for families. There never seems to be a lot of inventory here as homes that are priced right tend to sell  pretty quickly, and the current situation is no exception. The Snyder's Mill neighborhood in Park City was constructed largely in the early to mid 1990's and is an area I would recommend to any clients looking for an affordable well kept and safe environment for their families. The homes in Snyder's Mill are typically modest in size, ranging from just over 1,500 square feet to just over 3,000 square feet.  These are three and four bedroom homes, some with a family room and living room as well as some with an office space.  There are many options, but the one constant is the out of the way location with very little traffic.
