Bear Hollow Village in Park City is a mixed use development located just below the Utah Olympic Park in Park City.  For anyone that attended the 2002 games, Bear Hollow was built largely on the parking lot that was used for the events in the area at that time so most of the development is 10 years old or less. There are condos, townhomes and single family homes in Bear Hollow as well as a limited amount of commercial space in the core of the village. There is a clubhouse in the village with a exercise room and outdoor pool as well as a nice grassy area in the warmer summer months for the kids to play. Bear Hollow Village is located in the Sun Peak area of Park City near the Utah Olympic Park.  For anyone that was in Park City during the 2002 Olympics, this development sits largely on the then open space that served as the parking lot for the ski jumping, bobsled, luge and skeleton events at Utah Olympic Park during the 2002 games. Bear Hollow is conveniently located just a few minutes from Kimball Junction and Redstone Center with the many shops and restaurants that can be found in this area.  It is also just a few minutes from the main parking lot at the Canyons and about 10 minutes to Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley.
