My wife, my brother-in-law and I have a small business providing transaction coordinating and marketing services to the agents in Utah and to be more specific in Midvale, Salt Lake City and Sugarhouse.  Eventually, the business has grown and we started to serve in Sandy, Riverton, South Salt Lake and in Orem.  Well, as the business grew, we have decided to separate the marketing, photography and other services that are supplement to the agents.  As my partners are Realtors and I am not, i decided to take over this part.  After all, I am the photographer and the graphic designer.Although my photography business is new with the new licence, I have been taking pictures of the real estate properties for the past year and a half.  I have done photography for the pst 15 years and never though...

The Midvale housing market is one of the strongest in the Salt Lake Valley. Though home values dipped a little in May, they are still 16% higher than they were in January and 28% higher than May 2006. The number of homes sold also dipped slightly in May but was only 3% less than May 2006. The absorption rate for May was 5.5 months and increased by 87% from April. The increase is due to all the new listings added in April and May and should decline to around 4 months in June. The absorption rate indicates Midvale is in a very balanced market. All stats were taken from WFRMLS on 6/9/2007.
