Median price didn't see much of a change but the average price of Bluffdale homes decreased about 5%.  The number of homes sold decreased 20% but that actually only turns out to be only 6 fewer homes in Bluffdale.

Bluffdale Real Estate tripled from 2002 to 2003 and has stayed somewhat close to 100 since.  Sold price of homes in Bluffdale over the past ten years dropped then skyrocketed and is currently right where the appreciation line would put it.
