 Just past Bastrop State Park, a sister park called Buescher State Park is located in Smithville Texas. This charming location offers camping, biking, and hiking.   Indian Lake is a relaxed lake subdivision just about 15 miles outside of downtown Bastrop in Bastrop County Texas.  Lot sizes are generally 1/4 to 1/3 acres.  There is electric service and water service available.  Most lots will need a septic system.  The subdivision is a mixed bag of housing types that includes manufactured homes as well as site built homes.  The highlight of the subdivion is the private lake for the land and home owners use.  It is a non motorized lake that is perfect for sailing, canoeing, and kayaking.
