Annual Thanksgiving Dinner - Trinity, Texas     The Martin Senior Center located at the corner of Walker Street and San Jacinto Street will be hosting their annual Thanksgiving Dinner on Friday, November 22, 2013 from Noon to 1 PM.   The center will be open on Thanksgiving Day. They are asking for volunteers to send a covered dish to share with those in need. If you can help, please contact the center at (936) 594-2625.   The center will be close on Friday, November 29th to allow volunteers time to be with their families.     Trinity ISD to Host Low Cost Vaccination Clinic     Thursday ~ October 24, 2013 Shots provided by the Texas Department of Health    The mobile vaccination clinic will be at the Trinity High School/Middle School from 9 AM to 1 PM.   Flu Shots Available at East Texas Medical Center in Trinity     Beginning September 25, 2013 East Texas Medical Center in Trinity will offer $25.00 flu shots on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 AM -11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.   For those of you who are unable to make it by the clinic during these weekdays, the clinic will be open on Saturday, September 28th and Saturday, October 5th from 10 AM until 2 PM for your convenience.   No appointment is necessary.   Lake Livingston Subdivision YouTube Series: Timber Bay       Timber Bay is located outside of the city limits of Trinity. It is a gated community on the northern end of Lake Livingston. Homes are primarily frame with a few brick and log homes as well.   Oakridge Subdivision on Lake Livingston - Market Report Through August 21, 2013       Oakridge subdivision is located at the northwest side of the White Rock Creek bridge on FM 356 in Trinity County. Oakridge is a homes only subdivision with homes made of wood, brick, hardy board, and log.   Sales data for 2013 can be a bit deceiving. One of the three homes that sold was in serious need of repair causing it to sell well below its market value. The other waterfront home was on the market for over 1,300 days. A classic case of why listing your home too high can actually make you get LESS in the long run.   ♥ Westwood Shores Market Report for April 2013 ♥     Westwood Shores is a golfing community with a manned gate, three swimming pool areas, tennis courts, walking trails, miniature golf, parks, and even a marina with a community boat launch and boat stalls. It is located on the northern end of Lake Livingston in Trinity County.    The majority of Westwood Shores is restricted against mobile homes, but if you know where to find them, there are two areas where mobile homes are allowed.
