Seabrook and El Lago 1st Quarter 2017 Home Sales Update A Look At The Stats    Market activity slowed down in Seabrook and El Lago during the 1st quarter of 2017. There were 57 homes sold during this period compared to 60 during the same time last year.     It took about the same time to sell a home during the 1st quarter of 2017 as it did during last quarter.  The average days on the market was  43.05 during the 1st quarter of 2017.   Average price per square foot of homes sold during the 1st quarter of 2017 was up from 100.15 during the last quarter to 102.89 during the 1st quarter of 2017.
