Average sales price of homes in San Antonio was $370,824, and the median sales price was $310,223.We are still slightly in a seller's market with homeowners getting 94.4% of listed price. Days on the market was up to 79 days, and the inventory of available homes was at 4.4 months. Price per square foot was $178. Residential rentals are now averaging $1820/month. Travis County in the Austin, TX area still shows the highest cost for residential housing, with Dallas and Harris counties following. Our latest market statistics show that we are still in a seller's market, but heading into a balance market as inventory is now at 4.3 months of available properties. Sellers are getting 93.1 percent of their asking price on homes. Days on the market are longer in most areas at 80 days now which was an 11 percent increase from January stats. Average sales price was $348,961, and the median price was $295,000 which was down 3 percent in both categories.
