Bucee's and Minor League Baseball come to Royse City Texas Soon?Soon, as in 2019, you can visit Royse City for some minor league baseball and beaver nuggets! Have you heard the saying build it and they will come? 70 % Of ALL Homes in Texas Will Need Foundation Repair!  I was surprised to hear that 70 % of all homes in Texas will need foundation repair at some point. Wow... that seems like a  BIG number! I heard this surprising statistic at a recent training on foundations I attended with  Perma Pier Foundation.   Don't let that number scare you! I have seen thousands of homes over my 12 year real estate career , while surprising, I do think this number is accurate.
