It was pure hail at my house this morning in the pre-dawn hours!  My time of the morning is 5:30 AM, yes, that's right!  I normally get up about that time!  I thought my house was exploding this morning before time for the alarm.  WOW, the noise was coming from every direction!   I jumped up and flew to my window to see what was the matter!  The sky was solid white and it appeared that giant sized pop corn was popping and bouncing on my patio.  The stuff was quickly piling up around my house and yard.  It was pure hail!  Two had a half hours later I was leaving and snapped the pictures of the white stuff that was still hanging around.  Driving by around noon I saw that much of the stuff was still there.  It had been over 90 degrees yesterday but I have mounds of frozen stuff in every co... 05/30/2012

How can we say "THANKS"?  We may be going through some rough times these days, but this is still be best country in the world to live!  The past and continued service and sacrifice of the men and women who have served and protected our country must never be forgotten.  How soon we forget and how much they gave up! I feel proud and happy to be an American today as I watched the many Memorial Day celebrations.  My tears came often this morning seeing some of the stories about our heroes.  I can't seem to stop thinking about each story, but it is only early afternoon....how long will I think about this?  Will I remember as I go full blast into the work week?  Will YOU remember?
